The grapes undergo a cold maceration of one night and then gently pressed. The must ferments at 16°-18° for about 25/30 days. The wine rests in steel tanks for 6/7 months with bâtonnage for stirring settled lees back into wine.

Tasting note
Bright intense straw yellow with golden tones. Fruity notes of apple, pear and intense pineapple. The scents ripen into nutty tones of walnut and hazelnut with a honey aroma. A highly structured wine with almond-honey tones rounded by exotic fruit flavours.

Serving suggestions
Excellent as an aperitif, an ideal pairing with light meals and with fish dishes.
